Store Pickup (Free)

Collect your order from our Peacehaven shop during opening hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Orders placed before 2pm are usually ready same day. You'll receive an email when ready for collection.

UK-Wide Shipping

We deliver throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and items ordered.

14-Day Right to Cancel

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it — whether delivered or collected from our shop. We refund the price you paid plus standard delivery. Please look after the items: we may reduce the refund if they have been handled more than needed to inspect them. Perishable items and unsealed hygiene-sealed goods can't be returned.

How to Return

3. 3Within 14 days of telling us, pack the item securely and post it to us or drop it into our shop
4. 4We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (usually within 5-7 business days)

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us. Within 30 days you're entitled to a full refund; after that, a repair or replacement. We cover the return costs for faulty items.
