You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email us at hello@greetingsonline.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account. To help us find your record quickly, please include the name on the account.
If you signed in using Facebook or Google, the same process applies — just email us from the address associated with that login.
What we delete
We will permanently remove your account and the personal data we hold about you, including your name, email address, and any profile information received from Facebook or Google sign-in.
Please note we may need to retain a limited record of past orders where we are legally required to do so for tax and accounting purposes. Any retained data is kept securely and used only for that purpose.
How long it takes
We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
